Your Report is Guaranteed to Reach You

If your payment was successful but your PDF did not generate or download correctly due to a technical issue, we will manually regenerate and deliver your report within 24 hours to 3 business days — at no extra charge. We do not issue cash refunds; we deliver your report.

  • Wrong coordinates or address entered by user
  • Changed mind after report was delivered
  • No error screenshot available as proof
  • Request submitted after 7 days of payment

Our Delivery Commitment

Every GeoLens report is generated by querying multiple satellite and geospatial data systems. On rare occasions, a technical failure may cause report delivery to fail even after a successful payment.

In such cases, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we personally verify your payment, manually generate your report, and deliver the PDF directly to your email within 24 hours to 3 business days.

Our commitment is simple: You paid for a report — you will receive that exact report. If delivery failed on our end and you have proof, we will generate and send the PDF to you directly.

When Re-delivery Applies

You can request manual re-delivery if all of the following are true:

How to Request Re-delivery

Go to the Contact Us page at geo.thoibatrader.com and send an email with all three required items below. Incomplete requests cannot be processed.

Attach Error Screenshot

A clear screenshot of the error page, blank screen, or failed download that appeared after your payment completed. The GeoLens URL must be visible in the screenshot.

Attach Payment Deduction Screenshot

Your bank SMS, UPI app confirmation, or Razorpay receipt showing: the amount deducted, transaction date and time, and Razorpay order/reference number. The amount must match your requested plan (₹299 / ₹799 / ₹1499).

Mention Coordinates & Plan

In the email body, tell us the exact GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude) or address you entered, and which plan you purchased — Basic, Standard, or Premium. This is what we use to regenerate your exact report.

We Verify & Send Your PDF

We cross-check your payment details against our server records. If the evidence confirms a delivery failure on our side, we manually generate your PDF and send it to your email within 24 hours to 3 business days.
